KITS[edit]

If I remember correctly, Manchester United wore black shorts on the day. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.24.237.229 (talk) 22:34, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

According to my DVD, both teams wore white shorts; Manchester United's shorts had black and red trim, while Everton's had blue trim. Furthermore, oddly, both teams wore black socks, although Everton's were hooped with blue while United's had red tops. Obviously the two teams wore different-coloured shirts. – PeeJay 18:25, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nicky Butt at centre forward[edit]

Really? And Brian McClair in midfield? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.234.174.205 (talk) 23:46, 30 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That's how the teams were described in the contemporary match coverage (which I have on DVD). – PeeJay 10:37, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Manchester United missing players[edit]

"Between them, those three had scored 41 goals during the season".

What competitions are included in that description? Does it include Cole's Newcastle goals? Mobile mundo (talk) 17:32, 22 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
