Contains too much technical jargon[edit]

I have copyedited the first part of the page, however, I feel like the main problem with this page is that it has a lot of technical jargon and advanced vocabulary, and needs to be cut down. I do not have sufficient knowledge on this topic, but if someone else can understand it feel free to help me on further editing.
