Special Bracket[edit]

User:Dantheox and User:Zzyzx11 are the Wiki-masterminds behind most of the bracket templates. If you still want a bigger bracket, you could bring it up on their talk pages. HOWEVER, if you ask for a bracket too big it'll overflow and/or not read cleanly on 800x600 resolutions (this one is already pushing it), and therefore will be frowned upon. But a version of this bracket template with first-round byes, akin to Template:4RoundBracket-Byes, would make the third round look a lot cleaner. Morgan Wick 05:49, 24 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your bracket is wrong - New England, should they win, will play the winner of the DC/NY game. I'd fix it myself, but I'm a Wiki novice and don't want to futz around without knowing what I'm doing.

State Flags[edit]

I'm really not sure about the inclusion of state flags on this thing ... it makes an already cluttered page more cluttered, and as much as I think state allegiance should be encouraged, state flags are not instantly recognizable in many cases. And it's not like most of the players on MLS teams come from that state or anything. I'd be in favor of reverting to a version w/o the flags. --Jyardley 17:23, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, why is New York's flag next to Red Bull New York? Despite the name, that team's home games are played in New Jersey. They're spending millions on new grounds in Harrison, NJ so it seems like they plan on staying. --dm ^(talk) 06:09, 24 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
