Promotion & Relegation[edit]

Why is there not any promotion and relegation between divisions 1 & 2?

Every other country in the world has at least got some promotion within lower-divisions if they are run by the same organisation (i.e. the SFL in Scotland). Please could you respond to my userpage, thanks Dreamweaverjack (talk) 16:51, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
