Zack Greinke?[edit]

In arrivals it said that the Scott Roland trade brough reliever Zack Greinke to the Jays? That'd be nice if it were true. Zack Greinke is the Royals' ace. They received mediocre reliver Josh Roenicke from that trade. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.68.23.13 (talk) 14:15, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Virtually Full?[edit]

Could someone explain what "(* Indicates the Rogers Centre was virtually full)" means in the game log? Especially pertaining to how attendance of 43,737 (May 12) could be considered "virtually full" in a stadium with a capacity of 49,539[1], which would mean the stadium was only 88% full. --  timc  talk   13:44, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Blue Jays do not count freebie tickets to the amount of people in the crowd. so only 88% bought tickets, the rest won through promotions and contests. Another aset is the private boxes, with about 3,000+ private box seats, they never sell thoes out. This means 3,000 freebies were given out, and the entire general seating core was full.
