SDP[edit]

2 IP's seem to be arguing about the SDP as a Croat or Bosniak party, so instead of warring i think its better to discuss here. From my end, the source to the SDP page doesnt ascertain Zlatko to be a Bosniak, and in the election the party is listed with the Croat president.Lihaas (talk) 21:23, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's an multi-ethnic party. [1][2][3] -- ◅PRODUCER (TALK) 21:56, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, only query is how do you place it in one position? The electoral table places it with the croat side, but the unsourced statement on tis own page says its bosniak.
Also, it seems bi-ethnic is more pertinent, to clarify the serbs are not affiliated. (correct me if im wrong)Lihaas (talk) 22:42, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I think "multi-ethnic" will suffice. Whether a party is affiliated with a particular ethnicity or not depends on their policies and not their membership. Even though SDP's membership and voters largely consist of Bosniaks and Croats, they seem to see themselves as a multi-ethnic party, favoring a "united Bosnia". Also, it seems that their shortname is SDP BiH, as seen on their website. Timbouctou 00:31, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Questions[edit]

  1. "File:Federation Pres Election2010.PNG" this image has a light green and orange on it, what do those stand for?
  2. [4] Does this refer to the Srspka only president (i beleive so), if so then it shouldnt mentions the Croat/Bosniak parts as this is already in the Serb section. If not then it can be moved to the existing state presdent sectin.Lihaas (talk) 05:46, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

President list[edit]

I formatted the list in consistency with other years, but it was reverted saying "suggestive that Croats elect their own representative, which they do not." However, all the Croat members have their votes listed in the "Croat list" itself, so it is just further representative of what is already listed and hence more consistent. (Likewise for the bosniaks)

All the caveats can be listed ont he page adn sourced anyways.Lihaas (talk) 05:14, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

page move[edit]

suggesting: move to "Bosnia and Herzegovina general elections, 2010 " ordinarily singular is good, but the unique circumstance makes this plural as there are "geenral" elections in both entities as well as the federal centre.Lihaas (talk) 07:33, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds reasonable to me. Timbouctou 07:53, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'm in support. -- ◅PRODUCER (TALK) 12:38, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
