One silver and one bronze extra?[edit]

Rikke Møller Pedersen,  Denmark, & Jennie Johansson,  Sweden, shared silver at the 100 m breaststroke, but didn't Simone Ruffini,  Italy, & Spyridon Gianniotis,  Greece, shared a bronze at the 5 km open water swimming? Shouldn't there be one silver and one bronze extra in the total of the medal table? --JoolzWiki (talk) 18:35, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No, as they shared silver medals in the breaststroke there was no bronze in that event. So one bronze would be "missing" there, but it's equalled by the shared bronze in the oper water swimming. Mb731 (talk) 22:27, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
