promotion/relegation[edit]

has anybody seen a comment from IIHF why they do not state that Poland is promoted, or why Beligium is not stated as being demoted. Might mean something, might not, but it is curious. And perhaps we should not be stated things that are not contained in the source material until we learn what these omissions mean.18abruce (talk) 03:43, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
