It looks good to me just from reading it, but before I even start actually reviewing I'm of the opinion that this nomination is premature given that NCDC Storm Data hasn't yet come out for May, meaning we don't have the final, official data on the tornado. I'm inclined to fail this for now due to that with renomination being recommended after shoring up the article with information/referencing from Storm Data when available, but I'll wait for a second opinion in case another reviewer thinks this article is complete without the Storm Data.
