Sources[edit]

The editor USER:Rocknrollmancer has previously received a warning by an uninvolved editor User:Drmies for the repetitive use of “laundry lists.” The continuous use of various ‘laundry lists,’ either directly or indirectly, or in the edit summary may be seen as 'supermarket shopping' by other editors. Private Sources.[edit]

There is no issue of any private source or "non-public information" as the primary sources in the article have been "….made available to the public in some form…." WP:SOURCES as described by Wikipedia guidelines and not “unpublished.” Wikipedia policy guidelines also confirms that; “….there is no distinction between using online versus offline sources.” WP:OFFLINE To ensure provenance, if any editor cannot find the primary sources online or from another source, then a request can be made to Wikipedia:WikiProject Resource Exchange/Resource Request to recover the primary sources.

If there is an issue of article length then any editor may expand the other sections of the article or create other separate articles. Other motorsport results articles of the same type contain qualification times and results and the practice leaderboard is a traditional part of the Isle of Man TT results. The Wikipedia guidelines for reliable sources do not make any reference to parochial sources, only that the article maintains a neutral point of view.
