Why is the block M logo being used on this article? Aside from the rock M in the stadium, the block M logo is no longer used. In fact using it creates confusion, as too many people confuse the block M with Michigan's. The confusion with Michigan's block M logo has been cited by several media sources as one of the reasons for dropping it from the branding strategy in favor of the Tiger head logo. Since it's no longer used, and using the block M is a source of confusion with another football program, I don't think it should be used on this article, or any other Mizzou related articles regarding Mizzou teams from 2012 going forward.
