Mark Selby[edit]

Did Reanne Evans get £3000?[edit]

When the prize fund says "last 64" does this mean that those chosen for the wildcard round that lost didn't get anything - or does losing to the wildcard still count as last 64 for those purposes? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.221.13.140 (talk) 12:57, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

AFAIK the players losing in the wildcard round get the same prize money (and for professional players also ranking points) as if they would lost in the last 64 (first round proper for other tournaments). However this can't be added to the article, without a reliable source explicitly saying that. (BTW if you have a Twitter account, than you ask her personally at https://twitter.com/evans_reanne.)
