The participation of the Cuban national team could merit a section. I did a quick search and there was plenty of media coverage, plus it led to a number of Cuban players signing with Can-Am teams in 2017. With this, it is easy to establish notability. Jack N. A sub-section on the Shikoku Island team's tour might be worthwhile, too. I haven't looked for sources, but I'm sure they are there (some might be in Japanese, though).
