Presidential election[edit]

It's claimed on the page that the president is elected through first past the post, with the constitution as a source simply indicating that a plurality of vote is required. According to the spanish page which source this electoral law, however, there is conditions that may trigger a second round, akin to the system in Bolivia. The article 3 say that to win in the first round, a candidate must have at least 40 %, or 35 % with a difference of at least 5 % with the following candidate.--Aréat (talk) 23:16, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
