Caribbean Zone Group B[edit]

I noticed that according to the schedule released in this image ([1]), TCA are not scheduled to play any matches. I cannot find any other confirmation of this. Another editor updated Group A, so I have updated Groups C, D, and E as well as the Final Round. I propose leaving Group B as is until there is confirmation from either CONCACAF or CFU that TCA will not be participating. — Jkudlick ⚓ t ⚓ c ⚓ s 06:51, 6 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Honduras[edit]

Honduras were originally not in the list - but were added. They have been removed again. While I have no official indication as to what the true story is, I would note that the editor who removed them is incorrect when saying all press releases do not reference them. This one http://concacaf.com/en/article/2018-concacaf-women-s-championship-final-rounds-set-for-frisco-texas-with-group-stages-to-be-played-in-cary-n-c-and-edinburg-texas notes that "In Central America, the qualifying tournament will be disputed in Nicaragua from July 6-10, with the participation of the host, plus Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, and Panama. After round-robin play, the top two finishers will advance to the 2018 Concacaf Women’s Championship." I removed Honduras because none of the press releases from UNCAF mention Honduras, and they also list the dates as "6–10 junio" rather than "6–10 julio." If there are five teams in a group, then there must be five match days; fitting five match days into a five-day span means that two of the teams will be playing on four consecutive days, with 2 more playing on three consecutive days. Given the conflicting information, I think it is best to leave it without Honduras until a match schedule is released. — Jkudlick ⚓ t ⚓ c ⚓ s 00:55, 19 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

FIFA database[edit]

I dno't want to sound paranoid - but just after the Central American section of this page was updated, the FIFA database added exactly this information. Exactly the same time information (ie, only Panama matches) and with Home and Away listed in the same order as here.
