overall interpretation of results[edit]

Under FPTP, it is not necessary to take a majority of the votes to take the seat and most of the councillors - and the mayor - were elected with less than half the votes in their district.

let's go back to candidates being listed by popularity[edit]

election results are clearer if the candidates are arranged in order of their vote tallies, with the first name being the winner. The wiki article used to use the vote tally order, then some time mid-2023 it was changed. 174.3.203.119 (talk) 20:10, 27 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
