Fusing regional and gubernatorial elections pages ?[edit]

Those two pages are just lists of election, with links to their own pages. And the template will quickly be massive with elections every year. There's some pages like 2019 Russian regional elections that simply list both regional and gubernatorial elections. Lean oppose - I think there are usually seperate articles for the elections of state legislatures and governors. This should be maintained to keep articles less convoluted.
