what are 4 and E in the table columns ?[edit]

What does "4" mean in the "CD" column? If it's CD disc "4", then where are the entries for CDs 1-3?

What does "E" mean in the HBO/DVD columns? It only appears once.

added listing for 3 DVDs[edit]

The Night 1/2 tables show the order of performances of the concerts. Since the order of the performances on the DVD set is completely different, I added a list of the performances below the 2 tables. I didn't add any links to the entries (i.e. performers), since that information is already in the concert tables above. Is that ok or should I link the performer names too?

Also, I contemplated putting my DVD list on a separate wiki page, but I ended up putting it here, because it makes it easier to see that the order of performances is completely different on DVD than in the actual concerts. Ok on that or move to a separate page?

replaced bullets in DVD column with DVD disc number and track[edit]

The DVD column (and HBO/CD columns) included a bullet used as a checkbox to indicate that the concert track was included on the DVD or CD. After adding the listing for the 3 DVDs below the tables, I went back to the DVD column and added the DVD track numbers in the form Dx,T, where Dx is D1, D2, D3 (DVD disc number) and T is the track number. I didn't know the best way to format this so I separated the 2 numbers with a comma. I contemplated using something like D3-12 or D3#12, but in the end I used a comma. Ok?

I didn't know if I should explain the Dx,T notation or not. I didn't want to put a footnote for the DVD columns, that would jump all the way to the bottom, because I didn't know if those footnotes are used for external reference only or if they can be used to document the format used for content of the wiki page. On the DVD some tracks appear as a single entity, e.g. Iron Man/Paranoid, but are shown as separate entities in the tables for the concert.
