Other meanings (residential over retail)[edit]

I've been encountering the term "5 over 1 building" in contexts where it means a 6 storey building which has 5 storeys of residential apartment units over a ground floor of commercial/retail space, and not referring to the construction methods described here. 132.205.234.47 (talk) 22:36, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
