The result of the move request was: page not moved. Arbitrarily0 (talk) 14:13, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A310 (disambiguation)A310 — Move to make A310 the dab page, rather than a redirect to Airbus A310. It is not clear why a historic airliner first introduced in 1982 and not built since 1998 is a better redirect target than the other disambiguated A310s. The article on the Alpine A310, especially, seems equally deserving. I have cross-referenced this request at Talk:A310#Requested move. -- chris_j_wood (talk) 09:40, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose from a Google search, it appears that the plane is much more prominent. 76.66.195.196 (talk) 21:01, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment. The google results are exactly what you would expect when comparing an item manufactured between 1982 and 1998, with one manufactured between 1971 and 1984. All it really proves is that not many people wrote html pages before html was invented. I don't think you can validly use google to prove relative prominence across the pre/post-web divide. -- Starbois (talk) 13:17, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Starbois may well have a valid point, but I'm willing to bet that many, many more people have flown in an A310 aircraft, than have ridden in an A310 car. Skinsmoke (talk) 02:10, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. As well as the arguements given above, with which I agree, A310 is getting about 5 times as many hits per months as A310 (disambiguation) which suggests the majority of people reaching A310 stop there and don't want one of the other pages. Dpmuk (talk)
