Article Style[edit]

This article is a bit too wordy for me, which is why I've added the {{essay-entry}} template. See A1 and A66 for good examples of how a roads article should be laid out, and not simply a narrative of all its waypoints, which is not useful for an encyclopedia. Tring to Bicester[edit]

Loss of Primary Status?[edit]

The new sign on the M40 southbound exit slip at J9 has Bicester A41 on a white panel which either means a) the sign-writer has messed up, or b) the A41 has had its primary status removed.

Cannot find any news about b) but if anybody does know about it, the picture of the route number will need updating. Tonybourtonville (talk) 20:04, 21 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The contractors for the J9 scheme have admitted that they got the signing wrong, so the A41 is still a primary route Tonybourtonville (talk) 14:50, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
