Page title -- do we need the "in the United States" portion?[edit]
Is there a specific reason why this article is called "ADA Litigation in the United States?" I could understand the need for precision if there were separate articles for ADA litigation in state courts and federal courts, but it looks like this article covers both state and federal cases. Are there cases from other countries that discuss the ADA?
