Untitled[edit]

  • AXS is no longer a subsidiary of AEG and has been independent since 2014. [1]
  • Tom Andrus [2], Doug Lyons [3] and Sandeep Khera [4] are no longer with the company. Dean DeWulf [5] is no longer the VP of AXS Europe.
  • Carbonhouse was an acquisition by AXS, not AEG and continues to stay within the AXS umbrella. [6] Though, the article mis-labels Mr. Perez's title as an AEG executive when he is an AXS executive.
  • Outbox is no longer a partner, both companies concluded a merger in 2014 [7].
  • Acquisitions/mergers not on the page: Front Gate (then later sold in 2015 to Ticketmaster) [8], Examiner.com [9], Veritix [10], Transticket [11]
