But what was the actual case?[edit]

This article duplicates the information on the page trademark distinctiveness but does not say what trademark Abercrombie & Fitch was trying to protect. Through some Googling I was able to find out that it was the word “safari.” Felicity4711 (talk) 04:00, 20 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
