Now the "source" (JE) and the later encyclopedic update (EJ) are side by side, and can be directly compared (for the first time)[edit]
The article as it is now is a copy of the "source." Now it can be compared to, and then updated with the due additions from the Encyclopedia Judaica, which is also largely based on Scholem. I will proceed in updating it using the EJ, Scholem, and finally also adding Halperin (2007) to the references.
