Unititled[edit]

Hello All! Im not actually the initial creator of this page, however i have edited it considerably, and added a lot to it, and actually have a fair amount more to add, after communicating with almost all of the universities in queensland and paying a visit to several libraries of several universities to examine the historial changes in their academic dress.

What i am writing to wonder is, wether or not it would be better to split this article into several smaller ones and recategorise it. so instead of it being academic dress of the universities of queensland, australia, if it would be better to have an Australian academic dress category, state pages with lists of universities and then sub pages with the details of each since universities (in particular the older universities like U. Syd, U. Q., U.W.A., A.N.U., etc...) have their own history relating to this subject, so:

  • Australia
    • New South Wales
    • West Australia
      • James Sturt University
    • Queensland
      • University of Queensland
      • Queensland University of Technology
      • ...
    • Tasmania
    • ...
    • Inter-state Universities
      • ...

That is my say, please contribute your thoughts. Pax. Ithillion 23:14, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm wondering if the content should be split into the individual universities. None of the external links given suggest that the academic dress of Queensland has been written about as a distinct topic, so this reads like WP:SYNTH. Tacyarg (talk) 13:02, 13 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
