This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... 20th largest CU in Canada. Smaller CUs available on Wiki. - I have declined the CSD request based on the above. But evidence of WP:N looks very weak. Also the article is completely unsourced and thus fails WP:V. Unless sources are added quickly this looks like a very good candidate for AfD. -Ad Orientem (talk) 18:42, 26 April 2017 (UTC)
Previous attempt at merger[edit]
