Several sentences in here are fragments or don't make sense. Read again carefully for comprehension. "Mine water impacted environments could use A. ferrooxidans for clean-up capabilities.[8]" - it is not clear from this sentence how it could be used or what it would clean up. This line does not make sense: "For pH homeostasis the urease genes could aid survival due to encoded the proton pumping activity.[4][7] Uptake of urea is documented in Py-F3 and allows for the intracellular production of urea, rather than taking it in to the cell.[4]"Eswanner (talk) 16:38, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
It is not clear what the implication of this line is: "Compared to Py-F3, C25 did not encode for the ribulose, but future studies will need to be done for a definitive answer." Do you mean RubisCO and carbon fixation?Eswanner (talk) 16:45, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
