Chairman[edit]

The chairman of the club IS Bill Sanders.

Steven Trigg (not Stephen) is the CEO.

Season Reviews[edit]

I have moved these back down the page a bit and put them under their own dedicated main heading. This is because at the top of the page they cluttered it too much and people would not want to read on. Only brief information should be at the top. Seth Cohen 11:12, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ben Hart[edit]

He didn't play in the inaugural Crows match in 1991 - anyone got the official side? Rogerthat Talk 11:29, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, Ben debuted in 1992. JorcogaETC. 05:47, 19 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

2005 finishing position[edit]

Adelaide finished 2005 in 3rd position after the finals not 4th. It isn't based on which finals you play in and reversing of positions depending on win/loss ratio or anything as had been suggested. It is simply based on who finished higher on the ladder. Adelaide finished 1st, but failed to make the Grand Final, so they ended up finishing third as the highest placed non-Grand Finalist.

As evidence, take this from "The Pulse" in the Herald Sun (Tuesday September 12, 2006):

For those seeking last minute bragging rights or wondering about draft choices, Collingwood finished the season in seventh position and St. Kilda eighth. It's worked out on the basis of their ladder position after Round 22. The Pies were fifth after the home-and-away season and the Saints sixth.

The idea that was on the site would have had Collingwood eight because they lost their final against eighth place and so fell to eighth, with the bulldogs rising to fifth. This isn't correct. Seth Cohen 12:15, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Attention all vandalisers[edit]

Label us chokers all you want if it makes you happy - but just remember which team achieved back to back premierships, and which team once they reached top top top (04 premiership), they stopped stopped stopped, all the way to near bottom of the ladder. Talk about choking! Timeshift 05:32, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Adelaide Crows vs Adelaide Football Club[edit]

I think to be more official, the this page needs to be moved to Adelaide Football Club rather than staying at its currently location of Adelaide Crows. ALL other clubs use the official "_____ Football Club" title, with the exceptions of Brisbane, Sydney, West Coast and Western Bulldogs (which I believe Brisbane and the Dogs should be moved too). Does anybody else have any thoughts on this? Obviously "Adelaide Crows" would re-direct. Chers, Seth Cohen 07:09, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
