Was the 1979 ratification under Afghan governance, or Moscow governance? Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 20:13, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

created != first published[edit]

The first sentence already seems to contain a fundamental error. In determining the relevant jurisdiction and protection (or lack thereof), copyright legislation almost never cares where a work was created, but rather looks at where it was first published. Why would this be different here? --Latebird (talk) 08:35, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

update needed[edit]

Robert Rohde has pointed out on [foundation-l] mailing list that there is a PDF http://www.wipo.int/wipolex/en/text.jsp?file_id=241541

Assuming this is a real act in force(and I assume it is), we should move this page to the normal naming convention and rewrite the article. John Vandenberg (chat) 03:59, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
