Untitled[edit]

I've recreated the article. I tried to contest the speedy deletion but lost it by seconds. Some of the added sources are Italian or Albanian professional news media, so they satisfy WP:SOURCES. Also per WP:ARTIST he seems to have been a substantial part of several significant exhibitions and has been the subject of multiple independent periodical articles or reviews. There seems to be difficult but not impossible to gather online sources in English about his work, but there's evidence of articles about him in several national newspapers.
