As Ckeilah pointed out this article relies very much on a couple of sources. The claims made by these sources should be backed up because many of them seem quite arbitrary and no doubt there are other sources that will disagree. There is also no section for criticism despite the fact that the field of 'wine tasting' in general is disputed. There are plenty double blind studies that suggest people can't tell the difference between different wines, not even red and white ^[1]. Until this article is updated to reflect the differing of opinions and evidence, it should remain flagged as biased. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.218.213.93 (talk • contribs)

The ref you cited would be more appropriate for a criticism section in the wine tasting article since it doesn't have anything to do with the aging of wine. For a criticism section we would need a study or link that is specifically about wine aging and disagreements in that area. Areas like the Aging potential section are appropriately labeled as Jancis Robinson's opinion derived from her expertize as a Master of Wine. We also have a See Also link to another Master of Wine's opinions with the Coates Law of Maturity (though I'm wondering if it is best to just merge that stub in here). If you know of another reliable source with a differing view on aging, then by all means post the link and we'll find a way to work it in. Otherwise, if you could kindly point to any specific area or claim that you feel is not neutral that would be helpful. Agne ^Cheese/^Wine 23:01, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
