Personal research such as interviews with AA personnel can't be used in this article

At the beginning of the year, several paragraphs on "After the war" and "accidents" were added to the article that seem to be based on personal interviews with people at Air America. Wikipedia has very clear and strict rules about putting the results of your own on-site research and interviews into an article. The rule is WP:NOR: no original research. If your research has been published in a 'reliable source', of course it can be used. Take a look at WP:RS to see what the definition of a reliable source is. If you can find one for the accidents, such as the aviation safety network reports, these are probably fine. Otherwise, everything else must go. I'll leave your material up for a week or so to give you a chance to fix it, but what's not fixed goes. Please don't take this as denying the value of your work; it's just that Wikipedia can't use it because it is an encyclopedia, rather than a newspaper or magazine.
