Saudi funding?[edit]

A good source? Hcobb (talk) 17:07, 5 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

their is no clear prof of that their is some kind of unpublished fundings . on the other hand the main prof that the success of alnour party is not related to the foreign fundings is the clear integrity of the process of the election . — Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.178.215.151 (talk) 22:09, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

= El Shahat[edit]

Abdel Moneim El Shahat, one of the leaders of the Al-Nour Party, who however failed to win a seat due to a controversial comment El Shahat is not a member of the party so i removed the picture http://www.alwafd.org/%D8%A3%D8%AE%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1-%D9%88%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%B1/13-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B4%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%B9%20%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B3%D9%8A/132393-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%B1-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B4%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AA-%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%B3-%D8%B9%D8%B6%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%8B-%D8%A8%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D8%B2%D8%A8

Self published[edit]

Per WP:SELFPUB, "Self-published and questionable sources may be used as sources of information about themselves, usually in articles about themselves or their activities, without the requirement in the case of self-published sources that they be published experts in the field..."

Thus material that is merely descriptive (not necessarily self-serving), doesn't involve claims about third parties can be used.Bless sins (talk) 22:45, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, the other concern I had was one of weight, but now that the article has developed some, it isn't so overwhelmed by these primary sources. Jesanj (talk) 23:04, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Why calling the party "far-right"?[edit]

Right-wing politics includes patriotism, nationalism and free-market liberalism. I think the term "Islamist" would be appropriate. And their position towards loans which are banned in Islam is pretty close to socialism.
