Tone[edit]

The "art critic-speak" stuff that I have tagged with {{peacock term}} needs cleaning up or deleting. I am an bright guy, but even after reading it several times, I have no idea what it means... – ukexpat (talk) 14:27, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

As you said, it's "art critic-speak". It doesn't really mean anything. It's best to stick with describing painting techniques, styles, and material in an encyclopedia, I think. MultK (talk) 03:56, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
