There is a consensus for football biographies to add in the infobox only city+country, with no regions, republics, provinces, whetever, in between. Regarding the caveat, as far as I remember there actually is a consensus to add it whenever present-day Kosovo is added. FkpCascais (talk) 00:15, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
