In 2013 this page was moved from Alchemy_(processor) to Alchemy_(microarchitecture) with the comment "The processor was actually named Au1, Au1000, Au1500 are SoCs". Based on the references I added I am fairly confident that Alchemy is a family of microprocessors which are indeed all SoCs, Au1000 and Au1500 are two members of that family, and Au1 is the name of their CPU core / microarchitecture. Maybe that move should be reversed, I do not appear to have such powers. Sicrk (talk) 00:22, 28 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
