I suggest you merge this and the other articles on these libraries into one of the University of Liverpool Libraries. (& when you do that, be careful not to copy anything form their website.) My experience is that usually, an article on the library system of a major university can be defended, but its much harder to defend articles on the individual parts of the system, unless they're actually famous or in historic buildings.
