POV check[edit]

This article, and especially the section about the "Nevzorov Haute Ecole", sounds more like a marketing statement. Statements like "[his] contribution to the development of Haute Ecole is really priceless" "He managed to do a seemingly impossible thing" etc. are points of view and barely qualify as facts. Plus, the article does not cite any sources. It also seems to me that the language used is partly beyond any comprehensibility, although that might be because I am not a native speaker. I find myself unable to improve this article. I would even suggest deleting it, unless somebody can turn this into a decent article. --80.145.93.181 03:58, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it looks like a marketing statement, but it is absolutely true. He was the first on the world to do Haute Ecole with a horse at complete liberty. It is a fact. --192.188.242.172 08:50, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

and there is no "marketing" behind NHE ,since the school is for free !

What does any of this have to do with the actual facts about A.G. Nevzorov? The entry is a marketing statement, unsupported by any sources. Nominated for deletion.

Elements of Haute Ecole have been performed at liberty in circuses throughout the world for hundreds of years.

The entire statement on Nevzorov is en exercise in self-promotion. The content of the page is a near-perfect copy from Nevzorov website.

According to Nevzorov, his methods are built on complete trust between a horse and a rider. The methods have not been reviewed by an independent authority on the subject, cannot be verified, and, as all similar claims coming out of Russia should be viewed with skepticism.

Clearly, no one has actually researched this man and his school. Perhaps someone who is not involved with traditional equestrian sport should take a look. How can good information be posted in this entry if it is just going to be removed. This man's ideas are revolutionary, of course there is going to be skepticism, but why not allow the people who know these methods fill in the blanks. Don't condemn an entire idea because a certain group of people are ignorant? If these so-called horse experts are so brilliant, how come they haven't heard of this? Really, don't delete this information. Let it be added to, completed, by the people who know about Alexander and his amazing school.

The entire entry is a promotional statement, nearly void of informational value. Very crude. The subject of the article is a person, A. Nevzorov. Promotion of his methods, whatever they may be, belongs in a business, educational brochure.

I feel that the entry should NOT be deleted. If someone wants to add another perspective, they can add another section for their views. Perhaps someone wishes to add his voting history, controvetrial views, financial problems, etc. But viewers NEED to have an entry for school reports, etc. requiring Net Citaions. Also, his name is spelled Aleksandr. I agree, the only people editing this article seem to be those with COI issues. I wonder if there is any advantage to reworking this article so it is better quality? Might stave off some of this? Alexander Nevzorov says Putin’s actions amount to terrorism[edit]

Alexander Nevzorov has said that Russia’s actions in the besieged southern Ukrainian city of Mariupol amount to “terrorism”. “Is this liberation when we kill hundreds of civilians to liquidate a dozen soldiers?” Nevzorov wrote, adding that he would have to leave Russia after this post.
