Ukrainian or Russian?[edit]

Both the Russian and Ukrainian Wikipedia page is referring to Beketov as Ukrainian, and I can’t find any sources online suggesting he is considered Russian. Born in Kharkiv, studied in St. Petersburg and worked in Kharkiv.
