Feature Importance[edit]

In section Gameplay, incompressible fluids are noted as a "less noticeable change", even though the system involved is much more powerful than the original default SPH system. I would see the incompressible fluids method used as a more noticeable change as it is actually involved in physics, I would say that increased thyme functionality would be a function significant to the community, but, to the engine as a whole, increased thyme functionality is a less significant than increased physical functionality. Agreed. Maybe we should also say something aboot the limited discount to the Phun community still offered?Lollerskates4EVAR (talk) 17:43, 26 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Gameplay" -> "Changes since Phun"[edit]

I've just noticed that "Gameplay" doesn't exactly talk about the specific gameplay aspects of the program, perhaps it would be better as "Changes since Phun" or something similar, and "Gameplay" could contain more about the actual gameplay of the program, perhaps something like: "Algodoo's gameplay is very similar to Phun, it employs the idea of users creating machines with the tools provided to them..." or even just copying the entire "Gameplay" from the Phun page. File Sharing of User Created Content History[edit]

I have added quite a bit of data to the article about the history of phunbox/doobox/algobox/upload/etc., I'm not sure how much of this information is relevant, I thought this article required more data though (it is quite a small article at the moment, though the program has had a lot of history and should have a larger article). Since "Discontinuation"[edit]

I am wondering if anyone has any information on Algodoo since 2013, the last update for Algodoo on PC. I have noticed that the program has been used heavily in marble races, and Google Trends data shows that while Algodoo has been falling in search traffic worldwide, it has been remaining stable thanks to marble racers using the program. Citations needed[edit]

I am requesting that someone put a citations needed banner on the top of the page. I have written a lot of information onto the page, but unfortunately, I am not good at finding sources for this topic; this is a challenge for me as news outlets aren't covering people who make marble races in Algodoo. All of the information I have added onto it mostly comes down to personal experience in the community. If anyone knows anything about Algodoo in the modern age (2013 onwards), I would like to see it. I have a source right here, which you can use if you have any information that needs to be cited. I have figured it out, and the banners are up. If you think there are other banners that should be up, go add them! (ThisIsKen (talk) 21:53, 1 January 2020 (UTC))[reply]

Algodoo Revert[edit]

I've made some edits to the Algodoo page, and many got reverted. I am just wondering in more detail why these edits were reverted, so we can talk about them. (ThisIsKen (talk) 21:25, 1 January 2020 (UTC))[reply]

I have found some sources while searching the internet. I tried to cast as large as a net due to the lack of quality sources about this topic, so some of them may not be up to Wikipedia standards. If anyone needs them, here you go.
