The result of the move request was: Move to Alki (boat), splitting the difference between the suggestions, and sufficient to distinguish it from the other Alki. Cúchullaint/c 16:58, 6 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Seattle Fireboat Alki → Alki (fireboat) – Per all sources given in article, the ship's name is simply "Alki". No record of "Seattle Fireboat" being part of its name or designation. Ibadibam (talk) 18:18, 29 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
SuggestAlki (firefighting boat) instead, since a fireboat is also a boat deliberately set afire to burn down obstacles downstream. -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 04:40, 30 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I see your point. Even the fireboat article has a disambiguating hatnote for this issue. That said, there doesn't actually seem to be another Alki on Wikipedia. Think we could just make it Alki (boat)? Ibadibam (talk) 16:01, 6 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
