I regret that this article is too similar to the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography article on Amalie van Wallmoden, which I wrote, for comfort, and sometimes includes direct unattributed quotation. Matthew Kilburn (talk) 18:07, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Matthew. I noticed exactly the same thing when I looked in here after catching up with the ODNB's "Lives of the week" from this weekend (your ODNB article on Amalie van Wallmoden - http://www.oxforddnb.com/view/article/28579 - will be free to read until it is replaced next Sunday).
I have recently noticed a similar problem with some other articles - Falkes de Breauté, William Tresham and Alan Garrett Anderson - and their respective entries in the ODNB: [1] [2] [3] (subscription is required for these).
I have added the {{copyvio}} template, notified Craigy144 (the original author of this article), and added an entry at Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2008 October 20 -- Testing times (talk) 11:32, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Resolved. DrKiernan (talk) 12:24, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, except that I wasn't finished. :) But I'll continue working on it here. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:27, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Life peerage[edit]

Why is she being described as "1st" Countess of Yarmouth if it was only a life peerage? I didn't think it was customary to number a life peer, though I'm open to being corrected. Binabik80 (talk) 19:11, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
