Question: Is "The Space Times" online-only now?[edit]

The Space Times may have updated from a print publication to an online-only publication between 2016 and the present, which is a cost-saving measure that I've seen before in membership-based academic groups. The magazine's tagline was "The Magazine of the American Astronautical Society" as recently as its September/October 2016 issue, but it is currently listed on the website as "The Voice of the American Astronautical Society." I'm not sure if there's a print version at this point.

More sources about the AAS might be found by cross-referencing notable fellows of the society, recognized by the AAS for "their outstanding contributions to astronautics".

It may be possible to verify the events laid out in the history page of the organization's website through news articles. Consider looking into the AAS celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2014.

NASA lists one member of its Biographies of Aerospace Officials and Policymakers, A-D page as being a fellow of the AAS, a recipient of the NASA Distinguished Service Medal, and a President of the AAS in 2005.

Someone with more access to American news sources may also consider looking up comments that the current or past presidents may have made about the society, especially in relation to specific events. I have found a press release from Ball Aerospace regarding that company's 60th anniversary celebration in 2016, but I don't believe that meets the 3rd party standard for references.
