Why no mention of atmospheric pollution dispersion modeling?[edit]

Many of the worldwide leading scientists in the fields of atmospheric air pollution dispersion modeling and air quality modeling are meteorologists and they are also members of the American Meteorological Society. In their applied meteorology programs, many universities worldwide teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in air pollution dispersion modeling. Why is this subject not even mentioned in this article? - mbeychok 23:27, 26 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merge Certified Broadcast Meteorologist here?[edit]

Certified Broadcast Meteorologist is not much longer than the section on CBM in this article. I propose it be merged here. -Atmoz (talk) 21:44, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

climate change[edit]

Is this accurate?: "A survey of members of the American Meteorological Society found that only 30% said they have concerns about rising temperatures." (Source: https://presidentialhill.com/greta-thunberg-fined-for-disobeying-police/) If so, shouldn't it be mentioned? Kdammers (talk) 13:52, 4 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
