Howdy from Texas. Wanted to give the history of my article. Researched and edited offline, found third-party sources, etc. Early in March I uploaded my draft article and spent a day or so editing/formatting, etc. as a draft. Instead of my usual sandbox, I used the widget steps for starting a new article for new editors. It was complete and in the queue for editor review: articles for review. Along with approximately 3,000 other articles. The queue has a note that the backlog could take several weeks to get through. Since I have previously written new articles via my sandbox and then published, I dropped the content into sandbox, etc and then after a week or so moved it live.

Just wanted to record the steps to ensure y'all have an accurate record of its creation, submission, etc. Best regards from TX. Casey Miller, Dallas, TX 03:27, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
