Tools/Algorithms/Patterns section[edit]

Good start. Needs more detail and a few graphics.

Specific tools, algorithms, and patterns should be marked as such out - an algorithm is not likely to be the same thing as a pattern (if you intend to list patterns (in the GOF sense)) would be helpful to identify, but should then reference running implementations.
