I've added a "Neutrality disputed" hatnote to the article. It's not written in encyclopedic style and is clearly from a particular point of view. I've just spent some time installing an infobox and need to take a break from this article but will try to get back to it. If anyone else wants to try cleaning it up, please do so. One problem is that the Act was an omnibus act and made a large number of changes, but this article just focuses on the change to the peremptory challenges, which has since been upheld by the SCC, so a fair bit of work is needed to summarise the rest of the Act, not just the jury issue.
