Sourcing[edit]

Thank you for adding some citations, Mathowenw. But I think you were premature in removing the tags I inserted. While some of the "Early life and education" is now sourced, not all of it is. In particular, two other people are named in that paragraph (Yakov Sinai and Svetlana Katok), but neither is mentioned in the CV cited.

Similarly with the next paragraph: the CV confirms that he won the MMS prize in 1967, but supports no other information from it. In any case, information about prizes could be contentious, and should always come from a source which is not self-published.

At present, this article does not appear to be written from the cited published sources, but either from somebody's personal knowledge, or from sources which have not been cited. If the latter, please cite them. If the former, then it should be trimmed to contain only what is in the reliable published sources. --ColinFine (talk) 15:29, 31 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi ColinFine, thanks for your suggestions. I have already added the citations and corresponding material to the article. For all your concerns, it were contained in the introduction part of book "Modern Dynamical Systems and Applications".
