Confusing link text with link title

W3C refers to this as "link text". And in HTML, "anchor" has a specific meaning. Be that as it may, the current article sometimes confuses link text and link title. The image shows a link title, not link text. Some of the description relates to link title, not link text, however most of the description appears to relate to link text, so the article should be updated so that reference to link title is removed. -- leuce (talk) 06:14, 4 October 2019 (UTC)

I removed the following content that related to link title, not link text:

Since 1998, some web browsers have added the ability to show a tooltip for a hyperlink before it is selected. Not all links have anchor texts because it may be obvious where the link will lead due to the context in which it is used. Anchor texts normally remain below 50 characters. Different browsers will display anchor texts differently.
